1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) after payment confirmation. Delays may occur during high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, sales).

2. Shipping Options & Timelines
We offer the following shipping methods:
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Tracked delivery.
Express Shipping (2–4 business days): Priority tracked service.
International Shipping (7–15 business days): Available to select countries.

Delivery estimates begin when the order leaves our warehouse, not from the purchase date.    Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method.
Whether there is free shipping or not depends on the actual display at the time of payment.

4. International Orders & Customs
Duties/Taxes: International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and brokerage charges. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Customs Delays: We cannot expedite customs clearance. Contact your local customs office for inquiries.
Restricted Items: Some products may not be shippable to your country due to local regulations.

5. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.    Use this to monitor delivery status via the carrier’s website.

6. Failed Deliveries & Address Errors
Incorrect Addresses: Ensure your shipping address is accurate.    We’re not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.    Reshipment fees may apply.
Unclaimed Packages: Returned packages due to failed delivery will incur reshipping fees.    Refunds exclude original shipping costs.

7. Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Policy: Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping: Customers pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost in Transit: Contact us if tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your order.    We’ll investigate with the carrier and reship or refund as needed.

Damaged Items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.
